” Rich, assisted by his son Nathan, cooked for a group of 8 of us as a birthday present from my husband. Everyone really enjoyed the food and the attention to detail, as regards both the preparation of the meal and the service, exceeded my expectations. Everything was cooked from scratch and each of the courses tasted wonderful. One of the big advantages of having Rich cook for us was that the hostess was able to completely enjoy the evening and not feel completely frazzled trying to prepare a meal for a big group of people. The fact that Rich cleaned up as he went and left us without any washing up to do was also a great bonus. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rich Corrigan coming and cooking in your house. Seeing that handsome chef in his crisp, white outfit looking 100% the part, busy in our kitchen (ladies, you won’t be disappointed) was definitely a novelty and the quality of the food was definitely the icing on the cake!
