Many thanks for the beautiful evening on July 1st.
The food was superb, from the starter….Crisp Marinated Chicken Caesar Salad to the Cream Cheese Cake with Fresh Berry Compote……not to mention the Seared Fillet Steak with Guinness & Mushroom Broth Sauce and Roasted Vegetables. All freshly prepared in our own kitchen and enjoyed with two good friends.
The food was seasoned to perfection, the Caesar dressing to die for, and while there was plenty for everyone…..nobody felt uncomfortable afterwards.
You were there, but yet you weren’t there…….your presence was felt but never in an obtrusive way.
A beautiful way to enjoy that special occasion. Nice that you joined us for desert and a glass of Rose. Even nicer that you cleaned up afterwards 
A sincerely hope that we have the pleasure of your company, and delicate skills in the not too distant future.
